His commercial outlook and keen interest in dispute resolution stem from early work experience in family-owned and independent building companies. This provided Tony with an appreciation of the risks and opportunities facing commercial enterprise, as well as the personal and corporate qualities required to excel in tough negotiating environments.

He is frequently trusted by major public and private sector organisations to resolve long-standing and potentially costly internal and third party disagreements; oversee major business sales. He has also acted for many of Brisbane's leading insolvency practitioners in relation to corporate and personal insolvency issues and handle large debt recovery programs.

Sarina Fair
Sarina has been working in the legal industry for over 7 years. She joined Scoglio Law in August 2018. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the Queensland University of Technology and was admitted to the legal profession in February 2023.
Sarina provides support on a range of complex matters, including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, debt recovery and insolvency. She is experienced in drafting legal documents and undertaking legal research and is committed to continuously developing her legal skills and knowledge.

Josephine Scoglio
With more than 25 years experience in various industries, including legal and manufacturing, Josephine is a highly skilled financial and administration manager. Josephine oversees the financial and administrative functions of Scoglio Law.
She works closely with the principal and our professional staff to ensure that we provide a consistently high standard of service to our clients.
