With over five years’ experience in commercial, corporate and regulatory law, Chloe is a leading litigator and fierce advocate.
Her strategic, risk and governance mindset sets her apart from her peers along with having worked in many mid-tier Brisbane law firms navigating complex financial, regulatory and public law landscapes for many years prior to commencing with Scoglio Law. Chloe currently reads a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate, M&A and Tax Law at the University of Melbourne and is Treasurer of Queensland Young Lawyers (QYL), a not-for-profit incorporated association.
Chloe provides assistance in developing smart commercial strategies for clients on a range of commercial disputes and contentious investigation matters, including contractual disputes and shareholder disputes, insolvency and debt recovery.
